KIR CLASSIC
To make a Kir Classic, simply pour 9 parts of dry white still wine into the chosen glass and add 1 part of crème de cassis.
Gently stir and serve, garnishing the glass with fresh blueberries.
Crème de cassis is a sweet, dark red liqueur made from blackcurrants and its perfect for this cocktail.
For the wine you can choose between Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling Italico, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio or Viognier.
