PECORINO

PECORINO  – WHITE  GRAPE AND  WHITE WINE Pecorino is a light-skinned wine grape used in Italy's eastern coastal regions, particularly in Marche and Abruzzo. A classic Wines ares dry and mineral, straw-yellow in color and have an elegantly floral bouquet of acacia and jasmine.

Pecorino is excellent as an aperitif and goes perfectly with appetizers, soups, first courses, fish and white meats, as well as medium-aged cheeses.
