LE CORTI DEI FARFENSI

LE CORTI DEI FARFENSI Le Corti dei Farfensi is a family run business located in the south of the Marche region between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains, near Moresco, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The name comes from the Benedictine monks of Farfa Abbey who were vastly important in the area for more than three centuries for the development of viticulture. Passion and a visionary gaze deeply penetrate the minerality of the soil and the exposure of the vineyards managed according to organic cultivation techniques, creating organic wines with a unique style that summarize the traditional knowledge of the Farfensi monks, with the most advanced agronomic knowledge.

LE CORTI DEI FARFENSI The village of Moresco is a very small town that has less than 600 inhabitants located in the province of Fermo, an ancient Roman colony in the Marche region. Marche's winemaking heritage spans thousands of years and has been influenced, among others, by the Etruscans, Romans and Lombards. The presence of these various cultures goes a long way to explaining the breadth of vinicultural tradition and wine styles in the region.
