ANTICA CANTINA SAN SEVERO
The Cantina Sociale San Severo Società Cooperativa, today known as L'Antica Cantina, bases its longevity and success on a number of milestones that are the basis of its philosophy of life and social action.It was in 1933 that "L'Antica Cantina" was born in San Severo in the north of Puglia, in the Dauno countryside.
The dream of those few farmers, still today, was to enhance the value of the grapes given by the members by organizing an efficient and effective structure, able to face the national and foreign markets with bottled wines that could give added value to the wines produced and offer the consumer the typical pleasantness of our San Severo
The history, the commitment, the efforts of its members make the winery an important reference point for the local economy. The paths that have always been followed are essentially: Cooperativism and Innovation in the tradition.
