FALANGHINA  – WHITE  GRAPE AND WHITE WINE Falanghina has a straw yellow color and a naturally high acidity along with aromas of apple, lime and white flowers; most versions are aged in steel tanks to preserve the aromatics, although a few versions are aged for a short time in wooden barrels.

Falanghina goes perfectly with pasta with seafood and legume soups. It also goes well with soft cheeses, young goats and buffalo mozzarella from Campania.
