RABOSO  –  RED GRAPE FOR ROSE’ AND SPARKLING WINE Raboso is, strictly speaking, a small family of two closely-related Northern Italian red wine grape varieties, Raboso Piave and Raboso Veronese. Raboso is recognizable not so much for its aromas, which are of red fruit, raspberries, cherries and elderberries, but for the impressive combination of acidity-tannin that assails you as soon as you taste it.
The perfect wine for fish and fried food. Perfect as a picnic wine or summer aperitif wine to accompany salami, ciauscolo, lasagna, pasta with pesto and fish.
