Ribolla Gialla is a white wine grape variety that is widely planted in the northeastern Italian province of Friuli. The wines are often characterized by their firm acidity, peach, citrus and apple notes, and a faint floral aromatic profile.
Ribolla Gialla is an excellent white wine for aperitifs, but not only. It goes well with appetizers and fried fish; it is perfect with sardines, oysters and sea truffles. Another great pairing is with white fish.
