BOVALE  –  RED GRAPE FOR RED WINE Bovale is a native grape of Sardinia and wine produced with this grape has an intense and dark ruby red color, with aromas reminiscent of small dark berry fruits, blackberry, cherry, ripe red fruit and hints of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub. The sip is warm and rich, full and full-bodied, with a good tannic texture and moderate acidity.

The good structure and the rich gustatory characteristics of the wine immediately direct us to pairings with rather important dishes with intense and persistent flavors like roasted red meats, sheep meats or game. The wines aged for a long time in wood, more evolved and complex, are combined with braised meats, stews, stewed meats with long cooking sauces.
