Bocchino is a family-run winery in business since the mid-nineteenth century when it was already exporting wine to America by sea, in small wooden barrels. The family women play an important role in the company. The company's motto, handed down by grandfather Aurelio, is: "From bad grapes you can make only bad wine, from good grapes you can make both good wine and bad wine". Everything is carried out in compliance with this motto, from the meticulous work in the vineyards and in the cellar, with love for the land, dedication and particular care handed down from generation to generation with pride.
Canelli, (a Unesco World Heritage territory) is a small village in the heart of the magnificent scenery of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, a delightful landscape, made up of rolling hills crossed by streams that offer very suggestive views. Hilly stretches as far as the eye can see, on which ancient villages and castles are perched, a succession of gentle slopes planted with rows of vines.
