PINOT GRIGIO  – RED  GRAPE FOR WHITE WINE Pinot Grigio has become strongly associated with light bodied wines produced particularly in northern Italy. The wines are most commonly described as dry white wines with relatively high acidity. These characteristics are complemented by aromas of lemon, lime, green apple and blossoms.

Excellent with fish-based dishes such as seafood, marine salads, seafood risottos, creamed cod and tender pasta, pasta with cream, mushroom dishes, with white meats, cheeses and cheese sauces and omelettes.
