PINOT GRIGIO – RED GRAPE FOR WHITE WINE Pinot Grigio has become strongly associated with the light bodied, dry white wines with relatively high acidity produced in northern Italy. But with low yields and skilled winemaking, Pinot Grigio can reveal complex wines with aromas of bright Mediterranean citrus, green apple and white flower blossoms.

Pinot Grigio is excellent with white fish and fish-based dishes such as seafood salads, seafood risottos, as well as fresh pastas and pastas with cream sauces, cream and mushroom sauce dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses and omelettes.
