The Grillo Agricultural Company was born in Isolabona in 1990, when Marco Grillo had the intuition to make agriculture his "job". From generation to generation the passion for the Taggiasca olive has been handed down in the family, until it became a family-run business linked to its territory, in the heart of Val Nervia.
At the age of 20 Marco began the business of packaging and selling Taggiasca Olives in brine and Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with the cultivation of only 100 olive trees bequeathed by his grandparents. In the following years he managed to make many olive groves productive, located between the municipalities of Isolabona and Pigna, reaching more than 7000 productive plants, all located at a height that exceeds 600 meters above sea level. Marco passed on the love for the territory and the passion for agriculture to his son Amedeo who started a small winery. The affinity of a family, the passion for one's profession, the quality of the products, entirely transformed within our factories, offer the consumer the maximum guarantee of quality.
