Località della Fontana 12050 Rodello d’Alba CUNEO [map]
The Giribaldi winery began at the beginning of the 20th century and has been producing wines for three generations. In those days, times were hard, and agriculture was not only a means of income but also a real pride for those who loved their land even though it made them suffer so much. It was normal for them to make sacrifices for the land they brought up on. The work done in the cellar at Giribaldi Winery is very traditional, with particular attention to the experience handed down to us and using modern technology helps us preserve the high quality of the grapes.
The town of Alba and the surrounding area is a jewel nestled among hills and vineyards of the Langhe in southern Piedmont, in the midst of UNESCO World Heritage territory. It is a paradise for food and wine lovers, as it offers unique products and wines that make it famous all over the world: white truffle, porcini mushrooms, high quality meat, artisanal cheese, and of course Barolo and Barbaresco—just to name the most famous foods and wines.
