Made with soft pressing of grapes, with decanting of the must at low temperature to separate the solid particles, racked and fermented in French oak barrels. |
Aging |
During these stages and throughout the aging period special attention is paid to the topping (ouillage) to preserve the freshness of the fruit to the wine, and the "batonnage" that is put in suspension in the wine lees that give density and complexity. After a year of refinement, attention is made to follow a light clarification and filtration to proceed with bottling. |

Tasting Notes |
The color is straw yellow with light golden hues, bright and very intense complex that consists in large characteristic bouquet with scents typical of the variety: white flowers (acacia-hawthorn) citrus, vanilla hazelnut. Dry taste, full, velvety, smooth and balanced. It is also suitable for long aging. |
