Wine Making |
Selection of wines vinified “in bianco” without skins. The Chardonnay completes its fermentation inside oak barrels. Then all grapes are placed in autoclaves where they stay in contact with selected yeast for 14-16 months at 15-18°C, according to Martinotti method. |
