Grapes are harvested mid to late September. After the grapes are crushed and destemmed, the must & skins are fermented in special temperature controlled tanks. At the end of winter, the musts of the Amarone and Recioto wines are added for an extended period of fermentation. |

Aged in oak barrels for 18 months followed by a period of aging in bottle. |
