Tasting Notes
|
Dense, bright straw yellow color with light greenish hues. Nose is lively & generous with hints of lime blossom blending with white peaches, honey & light hints of vanilla, with finishing touches of citrus notes. Palate is both generous & stylish, soft & fragrant, progressing dynamically towards a very lingering, fresh finish. |
Serving |
Serve at 10-12°C., although Vernaccia will also perform perfectly at red wine serving temperature. A versatile table companion & lively accompaniment for fish & non fish crudités, lightly fried dishes, all kinds of salad. Also very good with first & second courses, soups, semi aged cheeses & mild flavored meats. |
