Wine Making |
After crushing and destemming of the grapes, the must and the marcs are fermented in special thermo-controlled tanks for 10 days. The wine is drawn off and decanted clean, then, again in autumn, the malolactic fermentation is started. |

At the beginning of spring the wine is decanted and left to mature as required, first in steel, then in the bottle. |
