Wine Making |
Grape clusters are hand picked and selected in cases at the end of September. After gentle crushing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with a cap management consisting in several daily pumping over. |
Aging |
The period of maturation of the recent fermented wine, its carried on in new French oak barrels. Aging in bottles is long enough to complete its evolution. |

Tasting Notes |
Clean intense bouquet, with typical assertive and complex varietal aromas that showcase pleasant fruity, floral and spicy aromas reminiscent of red and black small ripe fruits, caramel and chocolate. Its flavor is fruity and warm, round and full bodied; it is well balanced with a pleasant backbone due to its high soft noble tannin components and finishes long with an elegant aftertaste. |

Serve at room temperature with grilled meat, braised beef, game meats such as boar and deer, wild birds, beef with truffles, and hard, aged cheeses. |
