The must is simmered in selected vats until it reduces to a third of the original volume. During this gentle cooking process, the must is regularly skimmed to remove any impurities which guarantees a product of the highest quality. The wine is left to cool for a long period and is then put in oak barrels where it ages for 10 years before bottling.

Intense amber color, tending towards gold. Rich and complex bouquet offers aroma of dry apricots, dates, nuts, hazelnuts, honey and caramel. Persistent and silky with a pleasant finish and mineral notes. |
