The harvest is carried out by hand in 14 kg crates between the
second and third decade of October, with a selection of the best
grapes, both on the plant and in the cellar, evaluating any over
ripening. Destemming, maceration and cold fermentation at around
12-13°C. It ages two months in second and third passage barriques
and two months in steel.

Tasting Notes
With an intense ruby red color, spicy and fruity notes of morello
cherry and plums emerge on the nose, with hints of tobacco and
ginger. Pleasant, engaging, full and captivating on the palate, the
wine proves to be complex and elegantly persistent.
