Intense ruby red color, it has an enveloping nose played on notes of wet earth and undergrowth, a light spiciness and something wild that recalls leather and then pipe tobacco, eucalyptus and cocoa powder. Taste of great structure and persistence, pleasant, consistent, soft and enveloping, with an excellent balance between flavor and freshness and numerous recognitions in the mouth that confirm the olfactory notes. |
