Wine Making & Aging	After the selection of grapes harvested at the apex of their maturation follows a careful maceration at controlled temperature. After the first refinement of 9 months in steel containers, follows a period of refinement in bottle for about 3 months.
Analytical Data	Alcohol 14% vol.
Tasting Notes	Intense red color with violet reflections, fruity Bouquet with hints of cherry, black cherries, berries, evident spicy notes. Taste: Full, warm, soft and elegant taste.
Serving Recommendations	It pairs with red meat, roasts and aged cheeses. It is advisable to serve it at room temperature, taking care to uncork the bottle at least one hour before serving.
