SAUVIGNON BLANC

Often only called, Sauvignon in Italy, it is a surprisingly versatile wine. Its sharp and herbaceous olfactory profile allows it to be combined with vegetable dishes and preparations rich in aromatic herbs. It pairs wonderfully with Pesto Genovese pasta, pork and spicy fish-based dishes. The acidity of the Sauvignon also pairs with many spicy dishes, therefor it makes an ideal accompaniment to Mexican, Korean and Indian cuisine.
