Wine Making |
White vinification method with soft pressing of grapes, harvested a little before maturity . The juice is then racked and fermented with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures of 18°C. |

Tasting Notes |
The color is straw yellow with golden highlights. Fresh, subtle and fruity with hints of white flowers, white peach, tropical fruit with a slightly mineral finish. In the mouth it is fresh, pleasant with silky smoothness |
