Pinot Noir is considered one of the noblest of the red grape varieties in the world. It’s the quintessence of elegance and finesse, it is delicate, fragrant, ethereal, with fruity notes, small berries, hazelnuts, tea, light spices, musk, mushrooms, lacquer, currant, pine, resin, orange peel and raspberries. The color is ruby when young, but tends to garnet as it ages. it is transparent, not too dense, but above all it is also delicate in color.
Pinot Noir is perfect for pairing with mushrooms, porcini, risotto with truffles, lamb and spicy dishes such as chicken curry, starting from Chinese cuisine up to Indian cuisine.
