These Insolia grapes, are indigenous Sicilian white grape varietal, grown in
the elevated hills surrounding Caltagirone. The grapes benefit from the
area's Mediterranean climate, significant diurnal temperature variation and
mineral-rich soils, which contribute to freshness, balance and aromatic
complexity. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced with a rounded
texture, pleasant minerality and a clean, gently persistent finish.

Color: Pale straw yellow with delicate golden highlights. Aroma: Delicate
aromas of white flowers, with notes of citrus, pear, white peach, almond
