Wine Making |
The grapes are crushed and destemmed with classic maceration in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After a short period of cold maceration and after primary fermentation, tasting determines the amount of racking to combine the best structure to preserve the freshness of the fruit characteristic of this wine |

Aging |
Matured for six months in stainless steel, during which it is put under optimal conditions for the malolactic fermentation, followed by a cold stabilization before bottling. It is suitable for aging up to 3-4 years. |

Tasting Notes |
The color is ruby red with brilliant violet hues. The nose is fine, pleasant with hints of berries and cherries, but also spicy, exciting flavors, good structure with a slightly tannic aftertaste of bitter almonds. |
