INZOLIA

Insolia, or Inzolia, is a grape variety grown in both Sicily and Tuscany. It produces a crisp, dry white wine, which is used both in blends and as a single varietal. The wines are moderately aromatic, and typically display a nutty, citrusy character with herbal notes.

Insolia is an ideal wine for an aperitif, especially with fish dishes. It pairs perfectly with shellfish, seafood, crustaceans, mixed fried foods and fish-based first courses.
