Wine Making |
Only the best grapes are hand selected during harvest. After the grapes undergo a soft crushing, the must is refrigerated to prevent fermentation. The must is stored in refrigerated tanks at 0°C where in waits for further processing. |
Aging |
To obtain a fresh and fruity product, the must is then put to ferment in the weeks immediately before bottling. It is then stored in tanks where selected yeasts are added, where alcoholic fermentation takes place forming its typical bubbles. |

Tasting Notes |
It has a deep straw yellow color with golden shades. The bouquet is very aromatic, recalling the flavors of ripe grapes and nutmeg, with hints of sage and orange blossom. It has a sweet full rounded taste that is well balanced by its acidity and effervescence. |

Serve chilled with desserts such as cookies, cakes, panettone or fruit. Pleasant and refreshing served at any time of day. |
