FALANGHINA
Falanghina is straw yellow in color and has a naturally high acidity. On the nose one will find aromas of apple, lime and white flowers. Most versions are aged in steel tanks to preserve the aromatics, although a few versions are aged for a short time in wooden barrels.Falanghina pairs perfectly with pasta with seafood and legume soups. It also goes well with soft cheeses, goat milk cheese, and buffalo mozzarella from Campania.
