BORDIJ
When Cognac and red wine are combined with Crème de Cassis (a blackcurrant-flavored liqueur) you get Bordij a popular cocktail of Hungarian origin, dainty quite strong, with an unmistakable taste.
Combine 1oz of Cognac, 3/4oz of Creme de Cassis and 2oz of Cabernet Sauvignon. Stir and strain into an ice-filled wine glass.
We suggest to use Cabernet Sauvignon because blackcurrant is the most common flavor descriptor of this very famous grape variety.
