Wine Making

Traditional in red with medium soaking 9-12 days.

Aging

Aged four months in stainless steel vats, followed by eighteen months in Slavonian oak casks. Refined six months in bottle.

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby red color with purple and violet highlights. Bouquet of currants, sour black cherry and prunes.  Dry taste, with a hint of spice.
