AGED CHEESE
Sagrantino is an intense, soft and complex red wine, aged in large wooden barrels. Notes of fruit in alcohol, berry jam, hints of spices, wood and vanilla spread from an intense and enveloping structure, warm and consistent, perfect to be paired with aged cheese.
