Wine Making |
“In Bianco” method. The must is immediately separated from the skins to enhance freshness and fragrance. The wine is then placed in pressure tanks in contact with selected yeasts for approximately 120 days at a temperature of 18°C. |
Aging |
After that, it is cooled at -4°C for 8-10 days to stabilize and finally filtered and bottled. |

Tasting Notes |
Clear straw yellow color and fine lingering perlage. Slightly aromatic wine with sweet flavor, it smells of honey and ripe fruit. |
Serving |
Good as dessert wine, excellent with ice cream and fruit, pleasant also between meals. Serve chilled. |
